Job Description

This role involves delivering an outstanding customer experience by proposing state-of-the-art heat exchange sustainable solutions to the Commercial Heat Pumps industry, mainly for Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and System Builders. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing market insights, understanding customer buying behavior, and managing leads to convert them into real business opportunities.

The main responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing and understanding market insights and customer buying behavior to make business plans according to the business division strategy and targets.
  • Looking for and managing leads from the market to convert them into real business opportunities, growing and securing the projects pipeline.
  • Managing opportunities during the whole sales process, including heat exchangers design, quote preparation, and commercial contractual negotiations, maximizing profitability for Alfa Laval.
  • Developing technical and value quotes reflecting customer needs, highlighting unique selling points, and doing thorough follow-up of projects.
  • Being active in the market and focusing on making meetings and interactions with customers, emphasizing cross-selling and the value of products and services.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to be a dynamic and proactive person who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. You should have strong skills in value-based selling, tailoring solutions to meet specific customer needs, and a genuine curiosity for business development.

You'll also need to possess a strong digital mindset, focus on product sales, and create long-term value for customers. As an excellent communicator with high levels of energy, passion, and drive, you'll be a strong team player who can work collaboratively with the rest of the members of Iberica Sales Company and Business Unit central teams.

Salary Information

We estimate the salary for this role to be around $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.
