Drive Innovation and ExcellenceWe are seeking a talented Industrialization Specialist to join our team at Lear Corporation. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for driving innovation and excellence in our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement new production lines and technologies to improve efficiency and quality.
- Provide direction in the design and planning phase of new production lines to ensure smooth introduction of new products to the market.
- Support innovation and ensure the technological development of processes and production equipment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master's degree will be a plus).
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Proactive personality, showing initiative.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge/Understanding of Electronics Manufacturing (SMT / Automation / Testing).
