- Executive Engagement: Work with executive management to leverage opportunities and improve competitive advantages.
- Mentor and Develop: Coach project sales teams, provide upskilling, and ensure effective pursuit leadership and pricing guidance.
- Industry Knowledge: Develop and share industry-specific value messages and guide the sales team on a consultative sales approach. Lead by example of a top-tier project sales professional globally.
Requirements:
- Extensive sales experience in the process automation industry.
- Knowledge of consultative and professional selling techniques.
- Proven leading-by-influence and collaboration skills.
- Understanding of CAPEX Project and EPC's working methods.
- Strong expertise in Automation and Instrumentation techniques.
- Proven ability to build relationships with new clients at all levels of the customer's organization.
- Outstanding negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, in English.
- Willingness to travel.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the production process in the aforementioned industries.
- Good understanding of contracting and execution strategies.
- Experience dealing with uncertainty and complexity.
- Knowledge of other European languages.
