In this pivotal role, you will have end-to-end oversight for clinical project delivery, ensuring timely execution, budget management, and quality standards. Your responsibilities will include developing proposal strategies, managing client relationships, and leading cross-functional teams.
- Lead clinical projects from start to finish, adhering to study budgets and scopes of work.
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Manage project teams, including data management, safety, clinical, medical monitoring, and biostatistics functions.
Requirements:
- Degree or similar related life science qualification.
- 5-7 years industry experience, with at least 3 years as a clinical trial project manager.
- Experience managing studies within oncology.
- Working understanding of GCP/ICH guidelines and clinical development processes.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.
- Proven computer skills and software experience.
