Job Description
As a Programme Manager and Site Director for our EMEA delivery team, you will be responsible for leading a portfolio of projects and programmes for global clients. You'll drive successful outcomes, delivering programmes in the most optimal way to realize maximum value for our clients. You will take full ownership of your portfolio, actively mitigating risks and issues, driving high standards of quality and best practice, and being in full control of the costs, timelines, and scope. Your role will involve managing commercial aspects, including contractual cover, monitoring expenditures, and ensuring cost-effective utilization of people and resources. You'll lead and manage delivery teams, ensuring their wellbeing and continued effectiveness. Additionally, as Site Director, you will foster a positive work environment by embodying Quantexa values as the regional ambassador. This involves supporting internal processes, such as hiring, employee well-being, staff mentoring, overseeing hybrid working policies, and headcount management. You will also be the point of contact for facility management and lead external engagement locally with partners and the community.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong background in complex IT system programme management, with a track record of getting systems live and programmes delivered. You should possess strong client engagement management skills, gained via a professional services or client-facing environment in a technology company, with the ability to deal with senior and challenging stakeholders. You'll need to inspire and lead others to a common mission and objective, collaborating across multiple teams to drive solutions to complex problems and challenges. Ambitious standards matched with a sense of humility and a desire to get the right thing done in the right way are essential. A high degree of emotional intelligence, leadership, and the ability to effectively listen to employee feedback and address needs are also required.
