Sustainability Innovator

Ball Corporation, a world leader in sustainable aluminum packaging, is seeking a seasoned professional to drive continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of LEAN tools and systems, as well as experience in leading lean project management and statistical process control. A Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute continuous improvement projects to deliver annual targets and sustain the Ball Manufacturing Excellence management system.
• Lead cross-functional projects to achieve Fuel for Growth (FFG) savings in respective cost categories.
• Facilitate and execute continuous improvement activities using Lean tools and techniques to improve sustained performance.
• Coach at all levels using GROW coaching techniques and lead problem-solving projects to train, coach, and facilitate teams.

Requirements:

• University degree education in Science, Engineering, or Business.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing industry.
• Good understanding of LEAN tools and systems, demonstrated portfolio of leading lean project management.
• Good understanding of statistical process control and data analysis, Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt Certified.
