About the Role

As Deputy International Markets & Partnerships Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic plan that effectively targets international markets and partnerships, meeting sales objectives. You will work closely with the Director to develop and maintain partnerships with key partners, including government entities, travel associations, airlines, hotel groups, etc., to drive successful business partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a strategy for all segments (FIT, Leisure, MICE, HNW) in international markets, focusing on managing relationships with luxury Travel Agencies and MICE operators to ensure inclusion in itineraries and travel programs.
  • Strengthen relationships with Spanish and regional tourism institutions, focusing on international markets, and develop a B2B2C partnerships strategy with financial, mobility, and travel partners to negotiate, sign-off, and launch specific campaigns.
  • Monitor partner performance, ensuring KPIs are aligned with company objectives for the region, and develop and deliver clear action plans for the Spanish Villages across a market calendar.
About You

We are looking for an individual with experience in the international markets outbound tourism industry, who can display leadership skills, team management, and ability to inspire and guide a team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
