About the Role:

RUTRONIK Elektronische Bauelemente GmbH is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Internal Sales Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for overseeing a designated client portfolio and establishing strong connections with new and existing customers through telephone support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a designated client portfolio and develop strategic relationships with key customers.
  • Collaborate with external sales colleagues to provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Apply sales expertise in electronic components and utilize strong communication skills to drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales and negotiating experience, preferably in the electronics industry with a component distributor or an electronics manufacturer.
  • Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Fluent English language skills (C1 level).
