Construction Project Coordinator

As a Construction Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the daily management and execution of the construction process, assisting the Project Team (office or field). Your key responsibilities will include safety management, cost management, site management, contracting, scheduling, estimating, bidding, and contract administration functions to ensure the successful completion of projects.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Construction Project Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing operational support in project bidding, including preparing cost estimates, generating scopes of work, and preparing preliminary schedules and site logistics. You will also assist in the development of project-specific safety plans and orientations, participate in safety walks, and maintain current certifications for First Aid, CPR, and OSHA.

• Safety Management: Enforce the company's safety program in accordance with local, state, and federal laws, ensuring compliance among subcontractors.
• Cost Management: Participate in the development of DAVIS Bid and/or GMP Package, including trade scope development, bid solicitation and review, and necessary bid clarifications.
• Site Management: Assist in the issuance of change proposals and change orders to subcontractors and others, and prepare revisions to the budget as a result of change orders.
• Contracting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract documents and 'as-builts,' electronically posting and updating drawings with RFIs and submittals.
