About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team at Darkroom, a digital growth agency building legendary e-commerce companies and digital experiences. As a key member of our design team, you'll play a crucial role in developing and executing design strategies that drive business growth for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design digital assets that support client marketing initiatives, including email & SMS, paid ads, and landing pages
  • Develop a deep understanding of what drives converting creative on each marketing channel and execute designs within established best practices
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design work adheres to high standards of craft and accurately reflects client brand identities
  • Systematically approach design across client marketing initiatives by conducting research, gathering references, and ensuring visual cohesion
Requirements
  • 2+ years of proven design work experience, preferably within an agency or design studio
  • Proficient in Figma and Adobe Suite
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Strong understanding of design principles, including layout, color theory, typography, and composition
