About the Role

As a dynamic and dedicated Buyer's Agent, you will be the trusted advisor to our clients, navigating them through the home-buying journey with expertise, care, and a commitment to making their dreams a reality.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the liaison between clients and listing agents to ensure seamless real estate transactions.
• Coordinate property showings, conduct home tours, and participate in open houses to assist potential buyers.
• Contact pre-qualified leads to assess their interest and ascertain their preferences and requirements for a home.
• Draft various documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to facilitate successful property sales.
• Provide essential information to prospective home buyers regarding the local housing market.
• Adhere to the team's strategic plan for efficient workflow.
• Schedule appointments for buyers and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Attend training sessions and support classes to enhance professional development in the real estate field.

Requirements

• Possess a valid U.S. driver's license enabling you to travel by car.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are a must for effectively engaging with clients and colleagues.
• Knowledge of the local real estate market and staying updated on current real estate trends is essential.
• Holding a real estate license is a mandatory requirement to fulfill the duties of this position successfully.
• Strong communication abilities are crucial for building trust and rapport with clients throughout the home-buying process.

Compensation

$80,000 - $180,000 yearly
