Finance and Administration Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Expert to join our Finance, Administration & Control Team.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Active participation in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes;
  • Posting journals (bank ledgers, fixed assets, accruals & deferrals, payroll entries, amortized cost entries based on portfolio measurement, taxes, provisions, and impairment entries, etc.);
  • Processing payments and recording invoices;
  • Bank reconciliations;
  • Trial balance monitoring;
  • Finance controls activities;

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree in a relevant field;
  • Previous experience in banking, financial services, or credit intermediation environment;
  • 3-4 years of professional experience in accounting/auditing;
  • Good level of English / Fluent in Spanish;
  • Excel proficient user;
