Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced English language coach to join our team in Madrid. As a coach, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective English language training to students of all levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver English language training programs for students of all levels
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of students and align with company goals
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to students and management
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff to ensure a high-quality learning experience for students
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices in English language teaching
Requirements
- University degree in Translation & Interpretation, English Philology, English Literature, or Teaching English as a Foreign Language
- Bilingual in English & Spanish, or proof of C2 proficiency level of English and C2 level proficiency of Spanish
- Teaching experience and a TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificate or similar
- Passion for teaching adults and a social, active, and energetic personality
