Internship Opportunity in Human Resources

Valeo, a global leader in the automotive industry, is offering an internship program in the Human Resources department. As an HR Administrator Trainee, you will play a key role in supporting the HR team in various tasks, including recruitment processes, employee record maintenance, and onboarding activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the HR team in executing recruitment processes
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Assist in coordinating onboarding and orientation activities for new employees
  • Provide administrative support in various HR functions, such as preparation of HR documents and maintenance of HR databases
  • Assist with the creation of company work schedules and support employee relations efforts
Requirements:
  • Be result-oriented and committed to teamwork within an international environment
  • Professionalism and transparency
  • Geographical mobility
  • Passion for the automotive industry
  • Human Resources degree or Business Administration degree
  • B2 English level is required
