What We're Looking For
Come and join us as an experienced Director of UX Research in Barcelona, leading efforts to evolve research strategy, methodologies, and practices as we continue to scale.
You'll be responsible for delivering impactful research insights to support the product team's vision and strategy, collaborating closely with senior stakeholders and partners.
Qualifications/Skills
- At least 10 years of experience as a user experience professional, preferably in the Enterprise domain or business software.
- Proven experience influencing senior stakeholders and executives.
- Experience leading teams of 5+
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
