About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Manager to join our global support organization. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of support engineers, providing world-class technical support to our clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of 6-12 support engineers, their performance, and career development.
  • Work closely with services and account teams to ensure all issues are handled effectively to meet sales and services goals.
  • Deliver superior-quality support services to our customers and partners.
  • Protect and grow annual recurring revenue (ARR) by providing a seamless PTC experience to achieve our customers' desired outcomes and accelerate customers' success.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
  • Ability to establish and maintain excellent relationships across various internal and external roles, from technical contributors to senior management.
  • Excellent customer service and management skills.
  • Fluent in English (written/spoken) and additional languages (German, French) are a plus.
