Senior PKI Identity Expert

Job Summary
As a Senior PKI Identity Expert at Cognizant, you will be responsible for advanced troubleshooting and investigations. You will handle problem management by conducting root cause analysis and participate in the prescription of AD use in cloud projects (Azure, AWS, Google). Excellent communication skills are required to coordinate work across multiple teams to resolve issues. You will bring your experience, creativity, and innovation to deliver class-leading solutions in a challenging agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage complex PKI environments, including certificate authorities (CAs) and hardware security modules (HSMs).* Provide high-level support and troubleshooting for PKI-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and quick resolution.* Provide guidance to level 2 teams to solve issues or handle requests.* Implement and manage advanced security protocols such as SSL/TLS, S/MIME, and OCSP.* Lead the integration and deployment of PKI solutions across various systems and applications.* Ensure PKI systems comply with industry standards and government regulations and prepare for and support audits.* Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and provide training to junior engineers and other stakeholders.* Identify areas for improvement and innovation within the PKI infrastructure and implement new technologies and processes.* Assess engineering demands related to PKI (estimates, schedule, and staffing).* Ability to translate work with engineers from multiple disciplines using multiple disparate technologies.* Good written and verbal communication skills (English).* Commitment to staying current with industry trends and evolving technologies in the IAM domain.
