We are looking for a highly skilled Test Automation Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience in designing and implementing automated test suites, analyzing source code to identify issues, and producing clear reports and documentation.
Key qualifications include 4+ years of experience in test automation, a strong attention to detail and analytical skills, and expertise in web automation frameworks and backend API testing tools.
Responsibilities include ensuring continuous quality through test management, preparing and supervising each phase of agile development into production, designing and structuring testing strategies in partnership with the QA department, and collaborating with team members to automate manual testing processes.
The ideal candidate will also possess excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, be able to create and maintain test artifacts throughout the project lifecycle, and have experience with TDD, BDD, ATDD methodologies.
