Cosmetic Production Expert
Do you want to make a genuine impact in the cosmetic industry? We are looking for an experienced Line Engineer to join our team at Coty, the largest Cosmetic Factory in Europe.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a diverse environment and contribute to the production of high-quality cosmetics. As a Line Engineer, your main focus will be on defining work procedures for the line, ensuring standardization with all operations personnel, and identifying center lining values per format and machine.
You will also be responsible for analyzing the cause of deviations, such as rejection rates, O.E.E., breakdown analysis, timings, wastage, and quality devices. Additionally, you will participate in process improvements, identify training needs of personnel, perform visual management of the line, and ensure safe behaviors in line operations.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with several departments, including maintenance, engineering, quality, and HR. You will be part of a dynamic team that innovates and tries new ideas.
About the Role:
We are looking for a result-oriented individual with an engineering degree and previous experience in a similar position in the industrial sector. You should have advanced user skills in office tools, analytical thinking, great communication skills, and a good command of English (written and spoken).
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this role is approximately $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include a meal allowance, life and accident insurance, medical & physiotherapy service, employee assistance program, and more.
