About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior PV Auditor to join our team at Sandoz. As a Senior PV Auditor, you will play a critical role in supporting the development of our global risk-based audit strategy and program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive audit strategy and plan to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Lead and conduct PV audits to assess the adequacy of our quality management systems and processes.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior auditors and other stakeholders.
- Prepare and present audit reports to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Identify and escalate critical findings and support the implementation of corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective implementation of audit recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry developments to ensure our audit program remains effective and relevant.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in PV auditing, with a strong background in quality management and regulatory compliance.
- Proven track record of leading and conducting audits, with a focus on identifying and mitigating risks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and apply regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global environment.
