Software Engineering Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced software engineer to lead our team in delivering high-quality solutions.

About the Role

This is a key leadership position that requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving exceptional results.

Responsibilities
  • Lead large-scale software development projects from start to finish
  • Guide team members through all stages of project delivery, from discovery to successful implementation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative software solutions
  • Write high-quality code using modern technologies and frameworks such as C# + .NET Core and React.js + Typescript
  • Mentor and train team members to improve their skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the improvement of our software engineering practices and processes
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on leadership and team management
  • Proven track record of delivering complex software projects on time and within budget
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of software engineering principles, including object-oriented design, testing, and deployment
  • Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and agile development methodologies
