About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Buying Manager to join our team at Joma Jewellery and Katie Loxton. As a Buying Manager, you will be responsible for leading our Buying team and driving the overall Buying strategy within the fashion, accessories, and jewellery industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Review and improve our supplier base, ensuring high-quality products and timely delivery
* Work with key departments to deliver seasonal KPIs across our brands and retail divisions
* Support Senior Management in formulating and setting the Buying plan, aligning to the agreed budget for all categories by brand
* Take accountability for delivering the product development buy plan, working with the Merchandising team to ensure all risks and opportunities have been captured
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Senior Buyer and/or Buying Manager within a similar industry
* Excellent team management and mentoring experience
* Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes in priorities and manage deadlines
