Role Overview

We're seeking a skilled Analytics Solution Architect to support our analytics team and clients by providing technical expertise and solutions. Key responsibilities include ensuring efficient and accurate implementation of analytics solutions, conducting quality assurance processes, and mentoring team members to enhance their technical proficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement analytics features, including web analytics platforms, app analytics, and tag management solutions.
  • Define and implement tracking solutions across analytics and marketing platforms to ensure cohesive user journey tracking.
  • Troubleshoot analytics implementations using debugging tools and techniques.
  • Conduct QA processes to ensure accurate data capture and reporting.
  • Develop tracking plans, define KPIs, and ensure proper analytics tool implementation across websites and apps.
  • Educate clients on using analytics tools and interpreting reports in platforms like GA4 and Adobe Analytics.
  • Mentor team members in setting up and utilizing analytics tools, including custom events, funnels, and conversion tracking.
Requirements

Strong technical expertise in analytics solutions, including web analytics platforms, app analytics, and tag management solutions. Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Excellent communication and mentoring skills. Experience working with Google Marketing Platform and Adobe Analytics a plus.
