Job Description

Antal International is seeking a highly skilled Productio Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the production process to meet our quality, cost, and delivery targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement production strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
  • Manage a portfolio of suppliers to ensure quality, price, and delivery performance.
  • Collaborate with design and procurement teams to plan and assign production tasks to suppliers.
  • Provide technical support to design team to minimize production adjustments.
  • Execute production distribution plans, considering product type, price, and delivery dates.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure delivery dates and prices.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with quality, image, and comfort standards before product delivery.
  • Track supplier delivery performance and ensure timely delivery.

Requirements:

  • Experience in international production management in the footwear industry.
  • Knowledge of materials and production processes.
  • Legislation of product safety and hazardous substances.
  • Knowledge of production markets.
  • C1 English level.
