Job Description
We are seeking a skilled React Native Developer to work on a new initiative – the Bigdata Store. As a Frontend Developer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining high-quality applications, focusing on user interface and user experience. Your primary role will be to create user-friendly native and web interfaces that deliver a seamless and engaging experience for our users.
Responsibilities
The Bigdata Store is an innovative platform designed to provide seamless access to vast collections of structured and unstructured datasets. These datasets can be directly accessed by the Bigdata AI assistant and through its API, enabling businesses, researchers, and developers to leverage data-driven insights more effectively. The product will cater to business and finance users, by providing relevant and timely data that enhances decision-making processes.
Team
As part of a newly established team based in Madrid, you will work in a focused and independent way to deliver the Bigdata Store. The small team shall comprise developers, product managers, and project management professionals. Everyone is expected to be excellent at what they do and be driven towards success. Team leadership is a possibility depending on your interests and background.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have experience developing and maintaining interactive, responsive, and visually appealing web applications using React and React Native. They will also have experience working with iOS and Android, and enjoy collaborating with designers and backend developers to implement and improve user interfaces.
Nice to Have
Experience with technologies such as TypeScript, Next.js, Node.js, testing frameworks such as Jest and Playwright, the AWS ecosystem, libraries and tools such as MUI, Tanstack, NX, Vite, and Gitlab CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
