Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Engineer to join our Ebury Technology team. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to shape and build our first React Native team, crafting a groundbreaking mobile experience with genuine ownership.
Responsibilities
- Support the overall company and digital goals by developing and maintaining our React Native mobile app.
- Manage and coach a junior developer to ensure the success of the team.
- Collaborate across disciplines to test hypotheses and deliver new app functionality and experiences that make a difference to our customers.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile development practices, tools, and frameworks.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks, fix bugs, and maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
Requirements
- Proven working experience in software development, frontend, or mobile.
- Proven experience working with React.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect mobile applications to back-end services.
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
- Quality is essential; we expect your code to be testable and well-covered with unit and integration tests.
