Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Casino & Content Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the social casino industry, bringing a blend of strategic vision, content creativity, and operational expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Casino Operations Management:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our social casino, ensuring optimal performance across all games and platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze game metrics to drive revenue, player retention, and overall casino performance.
  • Collaborate with the Product and Development teams to identify and implement new game features, promotions, and updates.
  • Manage the casino's game portfolio, including game selection, rotation, and updates to keep the experience engaging and fresh.
Content Strategy & Management:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the brand's vision and enhances the player experience.
  • Create and manage engaging content across various channels, including in-app, email, and website.
  • Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to produce high-quality visual and written content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our content remains innovative and competitive.
Player Engagement & Retention:
  • Design and implement promotional campaigns, events, and loyalty programs to boost player engagement and retention.
  • Analyze player feedback, behaviors, and data to continually refine content and game offerings.
  • Foster a vibrant community within the platform by creating interactive and social features that encourage player interaction and competition.
Team Collaboration & Leadership:
  • Lead and mentor a team of content creators, community managers, and other relevant roles to ensure alignment and excellence in execution.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, and Customer Support, to align strategies and achieve business objectives.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
  • Utilize data analytics tools to track performance metrics, player behavior, and content effectiveness.
  • Generate reports and insights to guide decision-making and optimize the casino and content strategy.

Qualifications:

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the social casino, online gaming, or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of casino games, player psychology, and social gaming trends.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement content strategies that drive engagement and retention.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools to interpret data and inform strategic decisions.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Creative mindset with excellent communication, writing, and storytelling abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
