The Role
We are seeking a dynamic Content & Creation Specialist to lead the development, execution, and management of content strategies across all platforms, with a strong focus on Social Media. This role combines creative leadership with strategic thinking and requires strong project management skills to drive brand growth and engagement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute content strategies that align with brand goals, ensuring consistent messaging across digital platforms.
- Lead content ideation, working closely with strategists, designers, writers, and videographers to produce high-quality, engaging content.
- Oversee the management of social media channels, including content planning, scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a unified brand voice across platforms.
- Coordinate multi-channel campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and budget alignment together with the Digital Marketing team.
- Monitor content performance, generate reports, and adjust strategies to optimise engagement and reach.
- Collaborate with internal teams, and external vendors, providing clear direction and feedback.
- Stay updated on content trends, social media best practices, and emerging digital tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or branding.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in social media tools and analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Portfolio or website is mandatory.
Benefits
Hybrid work arrangement consisting of four days in the office and one day working from home each week, along with half-day Fridays.
