We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team at Ikos Resorts. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that reflect our brand's identity, values, and aesthetic.
Key Responsibilities- Design Projects and Collaterals: Develop innovative designs for marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and social media graphics.
- Digital Content Creation: Design engaging graphics for social media, websites, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
- Print Production & Post Production: Prepare print-ready files adhering to industry standards and specifications, and coordinate with external vendors to oversee print production.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, design, and procurement teams to understand project objectives and deliver effective designs.
- Content Management & Overall Support: Organize and archive all written materials for easy access and future reference, and assist the Creative Senior Manager and the creative team with various projects as needed.
- Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Education: BSc or BA in Graphic Design or a related field, or relevant degree or certification in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role minimum.
- Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), MS Office, Power Pivot, Power Query, Power BI, and basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Language: Proficiency in English and Spanish or Greek would be valued.
