Job Overview
TÜV Rheinland seeks an experienced Administrative Specialist to join our team. As an Administrative Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining test methods, standard analyzes, and test bases in our system.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain test methods, standard analyzes, and test bases in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct technical reviews and evaluate results to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
- Make certification decisions based on technical review results.
- Issue final certificates of conformity.
- Provide technical support to clients regarding quotation and conformity assessment program requirements.
- Perform administrative tasks, including order creation, document preparation, and invoice preparation.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of professional experience in a related field.
