An international manufacturing services business has recently streamlined its global procurement function and seeks a seasoned indirect procurement professional to join their EMEA procurement Centre of Excellence in Barcelona, overseeing regional spend across industrial services including Manufacturing Operations, MRO, Waste, Environment & Sustainability, and Engineering.
The primary objective of the role is to develop a cohesive category strategy across the EMEA region and collaborate with various global business units to ensure quality, safety, and value, as well as reducing complexity and driving the sustainability agenda.
Key stakeholders will include plant managers, operations directors, and engineering leaders across the global business.
Role responsibilities:
- Develop category strategy to drive value, deliver savings, and create a sustainability agenda
