Garage Doors Seattle is seeking a skilled Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate payment processing for our accounts receivable function.

We are an award-winning garage door organization with over 100 locations nationwide. Our professional and certified technicians repair over 1000 garage doors every day, providing excellent service to our customers 24/7.

The Role

As a Financial Operations Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our operations, working closely with our accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Your responsibilities will include reconciling customer payments, responding to inquiries from field staff and customers, monitoring and responding to incoming questions, and completing applications for warranty payments, customer refunds, and invoice adjustments.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need strong knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft Office, experience with Excel functions, and knowledge of accounting principles and procedures. You must be able to perform moderate to complex account reconciliations, have strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy, and be able to coordinate priorities efficiently.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
