**Job Summary**

The IT Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the progress of all projects within the IT department at Vitrolife Group. This role involves serving as the Scrum Master for software development teams following the Scrum methodology, as well as fulfilling a standard Project Manager role for other areas.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Collaborate with the Business Relationship Manager and Software Development Managers to create and manage project plans and scope.
  • Define project milestones, deliverables, and schedules in alignment with company goals.
  • Develop and track implementation/change management actions, manage risk tracking process, and handle documentation and deliverables.
  • Align project objectives with company goals and manage the entire project portfolio of the IT department.
  • Support the Business Relationship Manager in fostering partnerships with customers, stakeholders, and sponsors.

**Requirements**

  • Three or more years of project management experience in IT environments.
  • ITIL or ITSM certifications preferred.
  • PMP certifications preferred.
  • Experience working in Agile methodologies in a Scrum Master role.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, methodical, and organized.
  • Thrives in a collaborative environment, strong team player with good communication skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset, stress-tolerant, and experienced in conflict resolution.
  • Proficiency with software tools including Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, JIRA, and MS Teams.
