Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Field Application Engineer to support our Industrial Automation business in the Iberia region. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our Sales Manager and FAE Iberia team to provide technical support to customers and partners.
Main Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to our Sales team, key account customers, and channel partners to ensure successful implementation of our Industrial Automation products and solutions.
- Product Training: Deliver training sessions to channel partners on our Industrial Automation products and solutions, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge to effectively promote and support our offerings.
- Application Support: Offer technical support to channel partners in the application of our Industrial Automation products and solutions, helping them to overcome any technical challenges they may face.
- Reporting and Analysis: Periodically report to the Sales Manager and Field Application Team on the status of assigned activities and potential issues, providing valuable insights to improve our products and services.
- Market Research: Conduct benchmarking analysis for our Industrial Automation products and solutions, staying up-to-date with the latest market trends and technologies.
- Technology Updates: Provide regular updates on technology and feature trends related to our Industrial Automation products and solutions, ensuring our team is well-informed and equipped to meet customer needs.
Requirements
- Language: Native Spanish language or very fluent.
- Education: Technical high school diploma or Engineering University degree (preferably in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering).
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Industrial Automation products and solutions, including PLC, HMI, motion controller, inverter, servo, and CODESYS.
- Industry Experience: Experience in the fields of Industrial Automation, such as packaging machine, and other OEM's in different vertical markets.
- Additional Skills: Experience with Robot SCARA and Vision System is a plus.
