Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team at AVL Iberica. This role will play a key part in supporting commercial project set-up, ensuring smooth operations and driving business growth.

• Support commercial project set-up for the project manager and commercial order processing, including secure budget release.
• Regularly review ongoing projects in the portfolio with the project manager, verifying forecast cost information and related risk adjustments.
• Verify billing plans to secure invoicing and project cash flow, and update delivery dates, final acceptance, and project close-down documentation.
• Document progress, deviations, and escalations in the project log-book.
• Provide single project reporting to portfolio reporting.
• Support management in controlling issues related to projects.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with 3+ years of experience.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage workload independently.
• Comfortable working with customers and solving problems, open to travel (up to 10%).
• Advanced level knowledge in using SAP and Excel.
• Strong skills in cost controlling, project result evaluation, and verification.
• Good skills in project management and communication.
