Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Installation Test Engineer to join our team at Oil and Gas Job Search Ltd. As a key member of our Testlab team, you will be responsible for defining and implementing test strategies for electrical installations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Test Planning and Reporting: Plan and execute test activities, and report on the status of test activities to ensure timely completion and quality results.
  • Test Execution and Analysis: Perform and analyze tests for electrical installations, including switches, socket outlets, and other related products.
  • Lab Development and Optimization: Drive the further development of our lab, including proposing new measurement and test equipment, and optimizing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Test Method Development: Develop internal test methods to meet customer requirements and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Audit Support: Support audit activities to ensure compliance with EN17025 and other relevant standards.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Electrotechnics or a related field, with experience in handling electrical installations and knowledge of EN17025.
  • Knowledge and Skills: General knowledge of industry standards, experience in measurement methods, and good communication and teamwork skills.
