About This OpportunityWe're seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to build and manage relationships with our growing network of city and university clients in the central part of the country. As a trusted advisor, you'll be responsible for administering current client contracts, fostering growth, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Administer current client contracts with a focus on engagement, retention, and growth.
- Build strong working relationships with ParkMobile clients, serving as a trusted advisor for optimizing their mobile payment programs.
- Monitor performance of each assigned account and offer creative strategies to foster growth.
- Serve as the liaison between ParkMobile and our clients, working collaboratively with ParkMobile marketing, product, development, sales, and finance teams.
- Provide responsive account support to effectively understand and troubleshoot any account challenges.
To succeed in this role, you'll need at least 2 years of experience in communications, public relations, or client management. A Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or marketing is preferred. You should possess strong relationship-building skills, be self-motivated with a positive attitude, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
