We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic team at CommScope. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth in our line of business accounts through expanding client relationships, developing solutions to existing accounts, and prospecting with non-users of our CommScope Ruckus portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and expand client relationships
  • Prospect and engage with new business opportunities to increase funnel volumes and deliver revenue streams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions to existing accounts and drive sales growth
  • Manage and develop a portfolio of Tier 2 Partners to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence

Requirements:

  • High level of English and almost native level of German
  • Knowledge of the IT sector and understanding of the sales cycle
  • Proven track record of coaching, influencing, and closing deals
  • Professional knowledge of CRM solutions
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong business relationships
  • High energy, commitment, and dedication to exceeding company goals
