We are seeking an Onsite Optimization Expert to join our team at Axiom Software Solutions. As an onsite search expert, you will focus on making our website search engine friendly by adjusting certain elements.

The estimated salary for this position is $150,000 - $220,000 per year, based on your location and experience. This is a hybrid work position with 2 days a week onsite in Barcelona Sant Cugat – Spain.

About the Role:
  • Create a robust onsite search strategy for digital direct business
  • Own onsite search regionally, contributing to company-wide knowledge by sharing best practices with stakeholders
  • Always ensure best relevancy for onsite searches

You will work closely with the e-commerce merchandising team to create and execute upsell and cross-sell campaigns on various real estates on the stores by leveraging the tool's capabilities.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in onsite search optimization
  • Strong technical skills, including SQL Knowledge, web analytics (HTML)
  • Certification in SQL, HTML, or any email campaigning tools
