• Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, ensuring a positive first impression of our hotel
• Manage guest reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently and accurately
• Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about hotel facilities and services
• Assist guests with luggage handling and provide support in arranging transportation or making reservations
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a high level of tidiness and cleanliness

• Minimum 1 year of experience working in a similar role in the hospitality industry
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, both written and verbal
• Strong customer service skills and interpersonal abilities
• Competent in the use of hotel management software and systems
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
