We are working with a leading BPO company in Barcelona, Spain, seeking a Hebrew-speaking Content Moderator to join their team. The role involves reviewing and monitoring user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform policies and community standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and monitor user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform policies and community standards
  • Investigate and resolve reported cases of policy violations, fraud, or inappropriate behavior
  • Identify and escalate high-risk issues while maintaining confidentiality and data security
  • Provide timely, empathetic support to users, balancing platform integrity with user satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance processes and ensure continuous service improvement
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to maintain quality standards

Requirements:

  • Native/fluent in Hebrew both verbal and written
  • Fluent in English
  • Valid work permit for Spain or EU citizenship
  • Strong affinity with back-office operations and content moderation
  • Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Exceptional attention to detail, efficiency, and empathy
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
  • Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift system, including nights and weekends
