About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team at One Tagaytay Place Vacation Club Inc. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our human resources functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, interview, and select applicants for various positions within the company.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Conduct new employee orientations and provide onboarding support to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records, including performance evaluations and training needs assessments.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service to employees and management, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and goals.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position, requiring regular attendance at the Ortigas office.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is approximately Php18,000.00 per month, commensurate with experience.
