The Job
We are seeking a seasoned Testing Automation Expert to join our team and lead the deployment of our mobile testing automation framework for a leading e-commerce client.
As a key member of our international digital team, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet the business expectations of our client.
Your primary responsibility will be to assess, define, implement, and govern the solution, ensuring optimal performance and quality to deliver a seamless user experience.
You will lead a passionate and enthusiastic team working on diverse, challenging projects with cutting-edge technologies as part of our digital transformation strategy.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess the current testing organization and goals for mobile testing automation.
- Evaluate the current testing automation framework for mobile apps.
- Analyze project context needs, including market customizations, test data requirements, environments, and other variables for testing optimization.
- Collect and assess current technologies for potential inclusion in the technological setup.
- Shortlist technologies for a Proof of Concept (PoC) based on a set criteria.
- Develop a business case for the selected technologies.
- Provide benefits and disadvantages for the selected technologies.
- Lead the implementation and integration of the framework, involving collaboration with development, DevSecOps, and other teams.
- Integrate the framework with other systems, including reporting, CI/CD, and other organizational systems.
- Lead change management and governance of the testing automation framework, driving continuous improvement.
Your Profile
Who Are You?
- 10 years of professional experience in testing automation, with at least 6 years automating native apps using various approaches.
- Knowledge of multiple technologies, including Appium, Espresso, Katalon, TestComplete, NightwatchJS, XCUI tests, Calabash, Robotium, Flutter, Robot Framework, Selendroid, Xamarin, Copado, and others.
- Experience with cloud platforms providing access to simulators and real devices, such as Browserstack, Saucelabs, Perfecto Mobile, and others.
- Expertise in AI applied to testing optimization, including test preparation, bug estimation, self-healing of scripts, and more.
- Understanding of complex IS architecture and web services.
- Programming expertise in languages such as Java, JavaScript, VBScript, TypeScript, C#, Python, and others.
- Ability to evaluate ROI of testing automation investment.
- Experience across multiple automation testing solutions, ideally on a multi-market mobile application.
- Ability to drive continuous improvement and lead teams effectively.
