Director Fibrinogen Launch

Grifols, a global healthcare company, is seeking a highly skilled Director Fibrinogen Launch to lead the global launch of a fibrinogen concentrate. As a key member of our international team, you will be responsible for formulating strategy and executing the action plan for a successful global launch.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive launch strategy, aligning with global marketing, market access, and medical leads.
• Collaborate with local product teams to create market-specific launch plans, ensuring alignment with global objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams to prepare for launch scenarios, ensuring timely execution and effective communication.
• Manage product managers and contribute to the development of innovative launch approaches to improve patient care.
• Ensure inclusion of legal and compliance representatives in decision-making processes.
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, driving strategic business planning and budgeting.

• Bachelor's degree in business, science, or related field; MBA or science-related graduate degree preferred.
• Recent launch experience in Europe and/or US, with a strong understanding of the global organization and its operations.
• (7-10) years of experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry, with expertise in marketing, sales, consulting, product development, business development, market access, government affairs, or related fields.
• Deep knowledge of target audiences and experience with launch activities.
• Strong negotiation and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional partners.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of driving results.
