Responsibilities:
- Lead the didactic team in planning and delivering high-quality teaching programmes;
- Develop and implement strategies to improve student outcomes and satisfaction;
- Mentor and support new teachers to ensure their successful integration into the team;
- Collaborate with consultants and other stakeholders to ensure effective liaison and communication;
- Monitor and evaluate teacher performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching as needed;
- Coordinate logistics, including teacher holidays, Saturday rotas, and school bank holidays.
Requirements:
- Master's degree or higher in a relevant field;
- CELTA or Trinity Cert TESOL/PGCE TEFL qualification or equivalent experience;
- Strong leadership and management skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work effectively under pressure;
- Comfortable working with IT systems;
- Residence in Spain with EU working papers.
Salary: The estimated salary for this position is €40,000-€55,000 per year, depending on experience.
