We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our RME team as a Graduate Automation Engineer Apprenticeship Program participant. This unique opportunity will allow you to apply your knowledge and skills in a real-world setting, while continuing to learn and grow as a professional.

What You'll Do
  • Work with our Automation Engineer Team to develop and implement technical solutions for our control systems and sensors.
  • Participate in hands-on training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in areas such as PLC programming, Python, and SQL.
  • Collaborate with our EU Controls network to improve the monitoring and maintenance of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) metrics.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement projects and work with IT, EU Controls Engineering, and Operations Engineering to ensure accurate documentation and backup libraries.

Requirements
  • A degree in a relevant field (e.g. electrical engineering, computer science).
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of automation and robotics.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a non-traditional shift pattern, including nights and weekends.
