The Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bid Manager DACH to join our Revenue team. As the backbone of our DACH Sales team, you'll be responsible for managing and coordinating the bid process for potential and existing clients across European markets.

As a Bid Manager DACH, you'll work closely with sales teams to understand client needs and tailor bid responses. You'll develop and maintain a bid library with standard templates and relevant documentation, ensuring timely delivery of consistently high-quality proposals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate the entire bid process from initiation to qualification and submission.
  2. Collaborate with sales teams to understand client needs and tailor bid responses.
  3. Develop and maintain a bid library with standard templates and relevant documentation.
  4. Write, edit, and proofread bid documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance with client requirements and TravelPerk standards.
  5. Liaise with clients to clarify requirements and ensure a thorough understanding of their needs.
  6. Manage client communications throughout the bid process, providing updates and seeking feedback.
  7. Provide insights and recommendations based on bid outcomes, market trends, and competitor analysis.
  8. Assist in developing bid strategies to enhance the company's competitive advantage.
  9. Continuously review and improve bid processes to enhance efficiency.
Requirements

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience in bid management and writing, preferably within the travel industry or a B2B environment.

You'll need to be fluent in English and German, with Spanish being a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential, with Salesforce and Google Drive experience being a plus.

We're looking for someone with excellent organisational and project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure. You'll need to be a strong analytical and problem-solving individual with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
