We are seeking an experienced TEDx Mentor to guide young leaders and speakers through the TEDx license application process and/or event preparation. This role involves mentoring and coaching young participants on public speaking, ideation, and presentation while overseeing the licensing process.

Key Responsibilities:- Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to young speakers and organizers, helping them develop their ideas into TED-worthy talks and performances.
- Event Development: Collaborate with Delta's leadership team to design the event program, ensuring a multidisciplinary theme that engages and inspires the youth audience.
- License Application: Assist in drafting and submitting the TEDxYouth license application, ensuring all necessary details are in place for a successful approval.
- Speaker Coaching: Mentor youth participants in public speaking, storytelling, and presentation skills, providing feedback to help them refine their TEDx talks.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in public speaking, event planning, or youth mentorship (preferably in TEDx or similar platforms).
- A strong understanding of TEDx events, including the application process and TEDxYouth guidelines.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills, with a passion for working with young people.
