Sales Coordinator Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team at VF Corporation. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the sales team by managing administrative tasks, facilitating communication between departments, and contributing to the overall success of the sales department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling administrative tasks to enable sales representatives to focus on selling
- Providing campaign information to sales teams, including catalogues, presentations, and prices
- Supporting the sales manager in collecting feedback from sales representatives
- Assisting sales teams with customer incidents and coordinating sales meetings
- Managing samples and ensuring that online concessions are working properly
- Coordinating with marketing and VM teams to implement focal points
- Preparing campaign information for staff and updating share files
- Managing incidents with guarantees and coordinating returns
Requirements:
- Two years' experience in a role supporting selling teams
- Strong analytical skills and ability to tell the business story using PowerPoint
- Experience with enterprise reporting tools, such as Cognos, is a plus
