We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Safety and Process Manager to join our team at Novartis. This role will be responsible for leading and coordinating medical safety owned processes, ensuring adequate quality and compliance in relation to process executions, and driving initiatives to improve inspection readiness.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate medical safety owned processes, including pharmacovigilance operations, to ensure timely and accurate execution.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance quality and compliance, and to support business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address process gaps and areas for improvement.
- Provide subject matter expertise and guidance on medical safety processes and procedures.
- Support the development and implementation of business cases for process improvements and initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Lead and participate in audits and inspections to ensure process readiness and compliance.
- At least 6 years of experience in project management and/or process ownership in a pharmaceutical or healthcare consulting setting.
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and lead initiatives to improve process quality and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacovigilance operations and medical safety processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Results-driven and self-motivated, with a strong sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple priorities.
